Delivery information
American Tent works with the industry’s best freight services. While we do not own or operate shipping services, we work with dedicated contacts to ensure you get the best, most efficient, and cost-effective delivery experience.
Need a liftgate? Please note this to your salesperson or in the comments at checkout.
Please be aware that many of our shipments will require a forklift to receive.
Signature is required for receipt at the time of delivery.
Customers are always welcome to arrange for their own pickup from our Green Bay, WI facility.

Keep spirits and lifting duties light by having four to six people with you on tent setup day. As with every other American Tent event tent, drop cloths are essential. Drop cloths keep your tent top looking and feeling like brand new. And don’t forget other important accessories like our McVey frame jack. If you’re driving stakes into the ground, ALWAYS call 8-1-1 (before setup day, please!) before staking anywhere.
